Issue #65

It's 10AM EST and you're receiving this newsletter right on time, per usual. The Bandit squad is bunkered down in the Winter war room preparing every final detail for tomorrow's 11AM early access release of the collection out to Members (Friday for all). Everyone made it back from Iceland in mostly one piece (Henry's finger is technically still on, it just doesn't work super well anymore) and we're ready to make all your Winter running dreams come true. The collection is fully evolved with not 8, not 9, but 10 new fabrics carefully sourced, tested, and proven to help make cold-weather running something to look forward to. Imagine that! Also, the boss wanted us to mention we finally took shipping orders out of our own hands and into much better, faster, more reliable ones... Toyota: Let's go places.

The Winter Lookbook, a crack at the Evolution Report, the mood board, premature Winter BTS, and the soundtrack to the season.

THE WINTER 2024 LOOKBOOK

THE WINTER 2024 LOOKBOOK

It was a crisp 74º in NYC when we needed to shoot the Winter collection a few weeks back, so we headed to the one place we were promised ice (Iceland). That's how country names work, right? See you on Thanksgiving... Turkey. Terrible joke. In the meantime, dive into the lookbook that Henry Kornaros (aka Mista Freeze) sacrificed his left ring finger for.

Imagine an Apple Keynote—except instead of being broadcast from a spaceship in Cupertino, you have to read the entire thing on our blog yourself. No theatrics, no laser pointers, just your brain absorbing words and photos like the old times. Go deep on the 76 items, 10 new fabrics, and a million little details that make this one special. Black turtleneck sold separately.

BEHIND THE SCENES OF THE WINTER CAMPAIGN SHOOT

R2, R2, L1, R2, left-down-right-up, left-down-right-up. This one got pulled off using every cheat code in the book. One lost passport, a rush order Carnet form, a handshake deal with a helicopter tour, back to back auroras, three nights at Mount Sinai Beth Israel, and one empty tank of fuel. The pics made it out of the group chat. Pull up a chair.

THE WINTER 2024 SPOTIFY PLAYLIST

POV: You're a chestnut roasting on an open fire. Meticulously crafted to scratch every Winter itch, this playlist keeps it down tempo until it doesn't... and then it does again. Or does it? Only one way to find out: twenty some odd songs you didn't know you needed in your beautiful running life. Or maybe you did know. Who's to say? Lots of questions today.

THE WINTER 2024 MOODBOARD

Phyiscal terrain... Mental terrain... We're not so different, you and I . Peaks, valleys, obstacles, dead ends, walls, bridges, shortcuts, loopty-loops. The ground we cover both in and out of our domes in Winter served as the inspo for this collection. We're all really just maps out here mappin' when you really think about it.
